Walk & Roll: Registration & Volunteer Lead
The Registration & Volunteer Lead helps staff the event with the right people in the right places—and keeps check-in running smoothly. This role ensures participants have a welcoming first experience when they arrive and that day-of volunteer coverage is solid across key areas like check-in, set-up, water station, route support (if applicable), mission table, and clean-up.
Key responsibilities include recruiting day-of volunteers, assigning roles and shifts, and making sure volunteers understand where to be and what to do. This lead also oversees the check-in flow—helping organize supplies, signage, and the process for welcoming participants. Depending on event structure, they may also support donation turn-in and help ensure registration details and donations are collected accurately and handed off appropriately. If you’re good with people, like organizing coverage, and want to help the day feel friendly and efficient—this role is a great fit.
